Phil Clayton, known locally as the Haxby Baker, decided to commission a rebrand after nearly 8 years of successful trading.

Being a major fan of Phil’s bread made developing the brand for the Haxby Bakehouse a genuine pleasure. The final brand consists of a simple, Scandinavian-inspired wheatsheaf marque which can be used independently – Phil’s one major stipulation.
